Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

Reservation may be cancelled up to 48 hours (2 days) in advance of the arrival date free of charge. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to the day of arrival date will be charged 100% of the total payment. 100% of the total payment will likewise be charged in the event of a no-show.

Refund Policy

Cancelled reservations that are subject to a refund will be processed within thirty (30) business days. Guests will be informed once their refund check payments are available.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Requests for early check-ins (12:00 noon) and late check-outs (2:00 PM) may be accomodated upon request, subject to availability. In the case of a late checkout after 2:00 PM but before 6:00 PM, an additional half day room charge will apply. For checkouts after 6:00 PM, a full day room charge will apply.

Room payment must settled in full prior to check in. Incidental deposit of Php2,500.00 will be collected, together with the room charge prior to check via cash or credit card.

Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the total room charges.

For foreign travelers, a valid passport and/or alien certificate of registration will be required upon check-in. For local residents, a valid government ID or company ID must be presented upon check-in.

Guests may be screened and declined in compliance with the prevailing health protocols and guidelines (as applicable).
